User Responsibilities & Rules

All transactions on the cyl88 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). cyl88 supports deposits and withdrawals via legitimate local banking channels, including DuitNow and GrabPay.
Deposits successfully credited to a gaming account are final and non-reversible, except under circumstances specifically provided for in the platform's policy. Withdrawals will be processed in accordance with established procedures and are subject to identity verification, which may be required from time to time.
Cyl88 reserves the right to suspend or freeze any transaction suspected of involving fraudulent activity, money laundering or a breach of platform terms. Users are responsible for ensuring that all funds used are legitimate and lawfully obtained in accordance with Malaysian laws applicable at the time of the transaction.
Liability Limitations & Account Closure Policy
Cyl88 provides its gaming platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties regarding the platform's continuous availability, accuracy or fitness for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, cyl88 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential losses suffered by users as a result of using this platform.
Cyl88 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances without prior notice:

In the event of account closure, any legitimate balance will be returned to the user via the original payment channel, subject to investigation and verification as required by cyl88.
